Acid Dosing Cabinets Manufacture & Installation
Our bespoke designed, fully welded and installed acid dosing cabinets are ideal for instances where concentrated acids are being pumped around the site. All instruments, valves, joins, pumps, fittings and pipework are contained within the enclosure, thus protecting operators and the surrounding environment from spray.
Our acid dosing enclosures are also practical, space saving and help keep sites tidy, containing all valves, pumps and associated pipework together in one compact space and, with no inline valves needing to be accessed on the pipework system, the system can remain fully contained up to dosing point.
At Church Mill Engineering we design all our dosing cabinets to customer specification and requirements and supply and install them ourselves on site, giving you the peace of mind that the whole procedure has been undertaken with the same level of care, knowledge and attention to detail from design to installation. We even maintain the systems ourselves.
