Jacketed Pipework Manufacture and Installation
Church Mill Engineering specialises in jacketed pipework fabrication, providing excellent quality coupled with an in-depth understanding of heat transfer.
The term “jacketed piping” refers to a pair of pressure pipes, consisting of a smaller diameter pipe inside a larger diameter pipe. The larger, outer pipe is called the “jacket” and the smaller, inner pipe is called the “core”. Process flows through the core pipe, while a heating (or cooling) medium flows in the space between the core and jacket pipes.
We have extensive experience in all of the four basic types of jacketed piping:
- Standard Jacketed Piping
- Insert-Flanged Jacketed Piping
- Swagged Jacketed Piping
- High-Pressure Jacketed Piping
The design and fabrication of jacketing piping is significantly more complex than for standard process piping, so trusting your jacketed pipework fabrication and installation to an expert like Church Mill Engineering is a must.
We can install and maintain fabricated jacketed pipework systems throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and across the UK.
